Not sure which service is right for you? Start with a one-on-one virtual consultation with Brielle Jai. During this personalized session, we’ll discuss your hair goals, assess your current hair condition, review your hair history, and create a customized plan designed specifically for you. Whether you’re interested in extensions, healthy hair services, color, or a complete transformation, you’ll receive professional recommendations tailored to your needs. Consultation Includes: * Personalized hair assessment * Service recommendations * Hair care and maintenance plan * Product recommendations * Opportunity to ask questions before booking Consultation Fee: $50 Your consultation fee will be applied toward your booked appointment if you move forward with the recommended service discussed during your consultation. Duration: Approximately 30 minutes Format: Virtual (Video Call)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Brielle Jai Beauty, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service and ensure a seamless luxury experience, please review the following booking policies before scheduling. Appointment Only All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Advance Booking Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are not available. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid delaying other clients. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new booking and payment. Cancellations All appointments are reserved specifically for you. As a result, all payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Eligible cancellations within the notice period may receive a one-time appointment transfer at Brielle Jai Beauty's discretion. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will forfeit their payment and a new appointment will need to be booked at full price at Brielle Jai's Discretion. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no additional guests or children may accompany you unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair prepared according to the service instructions provided during booking. Additional detangling, take-downs, or excessive preparation may result in additional fees or require rescheduling. Service Satisfaction Your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify Brielle Jai Beauty within 48 hours so we can review the matter and determine an appropriate solution. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Right to Refuse Service Brielle Jai Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.
